The 90 Day Journey
Here is what the 90 days looks like, week by week. Each module is 20 to 30 minutes. Each one
is paired with practical exercises you complete in your own time, between sessions.

CLARITY
(Weeks 1-3)
Week 1: Where Are You Really? Stop Running on Autopilot.
This week is about honest noticing. Not fixing, not judging, just beginning to see your days, your patterns, and your load as they actually are.
Week 2: What Actually Matters to You? Name Your Values, Needs, and Non-Negotiables.
You'll get clear on what genuinely matters to you, not what you've been told should matter. Then you'll translate that into three personal non-negotiables that protect what you've named.
Week 3: The Woman You Are Becoming. Create Your Standards and Your Future Self Vision.
You'll write a 'Day in the Life' vision of your grounded, self-honouring self 90 days from now. Then extract five to seven identity-based standards from it so your decisions start to match who you actually are, not who you've had to be.

ACCOUNTABILITY
(Weeks 4-5)
Week 5: Tiny Actions That Stick. Real Change Without the Willpower Crash.
This week is about translating your standards into the smallest possible action that fits inside your actual life. Not ten new habits. One or two that you can genuinely do this week.
Week 6: Rebuilding Self-Trust. The Gentle Accountability That Actually Works.
Every week you keep a small promise to yourself, you build evidence that you can trust yourself. This module is about making that process sustainable, not just for 90 days but for the years ahead.
Week 7: Rest and Integration. Because Rest Is Part of the Work.
This week is intentionally spacious. You'll consolidate what the first six weeks have shown you and let the new standards settle into daily life before the next phase begins.

GROUNDING
(Weeks 10-11)
Week 10: Your Nervous System Is Not Your Enemy. Simple Tools for Real Pressure.
Understanding why knowing what to do and actually doing it under pressure are two completely different things, and getting the tools to close that gap.
Week 11: Becoming Your Own Safe Place. Self-Compassion as a Daily Practice.
Not as a concept but as something you actually do: the hand-on-heart moment, the 'coming home to myself' evening practice, and the daily habits that make you someone you can rely on.
INTEGRATION
(Weeks 12)
Week 12: The Woman You Are Now. Consolidate, Carry Forward, and Choose What's Next.
This final week is about weaving all five pillars together in the context of your real life and your real decisions: at work, at home, and in your relationship with yourself going forward.

There are two versions of how the next 90 days go.
